10 mins �� Appoint Sprint Master Explain how and when you made your first buck. Whoever was youngest when they made their first buck is your Sprint Master!

Step 1: Understand Interview your entrepreneur. You only have a short time to get all the information you need. Don’t waste time coming up with solutions prematurely. Find out as much as you can about the challenge the entrepreneur is facing and what they are looking for in a solution. Stated Challenge: What is the entrepreneur’s stated challenge? Business goals: What are the entrepreneur’s stated or implied goals for their business? Audience: Who is the entrepreneurs ideal client or customer? Entrepreneur needs: Are there budget, time, tech or audience constraints that need to be considered as you ideate? 15 -20 mins

Step 2: Define 15 mins Set the parameters for your deliverables and identify measures of success. HMW Challenge: Restate the challenge using a “How might we…” structure that is general enough to apply to additional businesses with similar challenges. Measures of Success: Based on the entrepreneur’s business goals, what needs to be true in order for an idea to be a successful solution to the challenge? How might we. . .

Step 5: Validate Top Idea Choose the top three ideas to elaborate on. Idea 1: Is this something the entrepreneur can reasonably do? What are the best/worst case scenarios? What would the entrepreneur say about this solution? Based on Step 2, does this meet all of their needs and the measures of success? 15 mins

15 mins �� Revise Based on Validation, do you need to make any adjustments?
