The goals of the ICT Cert project The purpose of ICT Cert project is to create a system within which it is possible to obtain diplomas and certificates on professional qualification in sphere ICT (telecommunication). Partners of the project (educational organisations) will be organizing the tests/qualifications. The other goal is to create common curriculum, training program and training material for Estonia and Finland. ICT Cert 2007
