Group Purpose Frequency of Meetings Membership Project Board • The day to day management of the individual projects that have been agreed in the Business Plan. As determined by each project lead/senior representative for that project. As detailed in the Project Initiation Document Digital Delivery Group • To provide input into the Digital Strategy group and support and review the development of the digital strategy review • To ensure the agreed digital projects are being effectively delivered, connecting the various digital work streams, projects and initiatives, collaborating across stakeholder organisations and sharing best practice; to avoid duplication and inefficiency. Monthly • NENC ICS Digital Care Programme Chief Digital Officer. • Digital Representative for each ICP. • Project Leads/Snr Representative for each delivery project. • Appropriate Arms length body rep NHSE/ NEHX • NECS Representative ICS Digital Consortium Board • To oversee the development and delivery of the Business Plan, in accordance with the Annual Budgets set by the MF. • Monitoring the performance of the digital projects within the region against the annual plan, annual budget, agreed specifications and all relevant standards. • Managing the risks associated with the regional digital projects, including through regular review of risk registers and associated risk management arrangements. • To liaise with the ICS Management Group, the Digital Strategy Group and the Digital Delivery Group. • To monitor the delivery of activities of the Support Services Provider. • To update Digital Strategy Group on progress against the agreed strategy. Bi Monthly • Digital Strategy Group Chair. • The Senior Responsible Officer for each of the Digital Projects set out in the Business Plan. • A senior executive from North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Partnerships (ICP). North ICP Central ICP South ICP North Cumbria • Director of Finance elected as the Finance lead for NENC Digital Strategy. • A rep from the NENC (PAG), acting as Clinical Safety Officer for the Digital Services set out in the Business Plan. • A rep from NHS NECS • NENC ICS Digital Care Programme Chief Digital Officer. • A rep from AHSN NENC. • A LA rep from ADASS Group. • A rep from NHSE/I

Group Purpose Frequency of Meetings Membership Regional Digital Members Forum (MF) • To review the strategy presented by the Digital Strategy Group ensuring the proposed annual plan is aligned to the strategy. • To approve an Annual Plan and Annual Budget for each financial year; • To approve any significant change to the scope of the digital projects, the financial position or the legal basis for the consortium; • To hold to account the ICS Digital Consortium Board for the performance of the digital programmes for the region, including in respect of financial and operational performance, and compliance with relevant standards; • Provides the mandate to act on behalf of the member organisation. Twice Yearly • The Chair is the Chairperson of the ICS Digital Consortium Board. • Each member organisation will elect a member to represent their organisation on the MF. Digital Strategy Group • To set the Digital Strategy for the region providing strategic leadership, assurance, oversight and coordination of the NENC Digital Care Programme. • To Provide effective strategic direction for NENC Digital programme ensuring it enables delivery of the ambition outlined within the overarching NENC Integrated Care System and meets the requirements of stakeholders. • To engage organisations and encourage sharing of knowledge, experience and innovation enabled by information technology and digital transformation and challenge embedded culture. Quarterly Representatives from wider stakeholder organisations. ICS Management Group • The development of the digital strategy will act as an enabler for the delivery of the wider ICS Strategy which seeks to deliver the highest levels of health and wellbeing to our populations; within a shared vision for personalisation and integrated care. ICS Digital Support Team • Provides support, including effective administration, agenda preparation, organising venues, papers and minute taking to the Member’s Forum, ICS Digital Strategy Group, ICS Digital Consortium Board and the Digital Delivery Group. • Coordinate provision of assurance on delivery of the portfolio of digital projects, seeking and obtaining information and reports from digital delivery teams adopting good practice guidance. • Manage communications between the groups and member organisations (email, post, telephone) and analyse / highlight / prioritise key points for follow-up / action and diary management. • Horizon scanning for future opportunities and coordinating the production of business cases to ensure NENC is investment-ready. • Providing financial support for the planning and management of spend and making recommendations on subscription levels to the ICS Digital Consortium Board for approval by the Members Forum. As required Team will evolve as regional programmes develop.
