Course Maintenance • Periodically the course materials and exams will be updated. Any significant changes are reviewed by the IAQG Sanctioned Training SME team. Minor changes such as grammar corrections, spelling corrections, etc are managed by Plexus. All materials are revision controlled. • New 9100 and 9110 exam questions have been released. • SME team support is still needed as part of maintenance process 3

Status • Metrics as of the of January 1, 2012 – 2052 (1909) trainees are registered for online modules – 1872 (1691) trainees have completed 9100 instructor led course – 1421 (1317) trainees have passed the 9100 exam – 295 (241) trainees have completed the 9110 instructor led course – 213 (176) trainees have passed the 9110 exam – 445 (396) trainees have completed the 9120 online course – 371 (329) trainees have passed the 9120 exam – (October 1, 2011) 4
