Diagnostic criteria n Required appropriate exposure dyspnea on exertion inspiratory crackles lymphocytic alveolitis n Supportive recurrent febrile episodes infiltrative on CXR decreased DLCO precipitating antibodies granulomatous on lung biopsy improvement with contact avoidance
