Project “Explorer Don’ts” Please…. Action Why? A Better Way Don’t copy a project from one directory to another in Explorer. It won’t find all of the necessary files, especially if you go from D: / to C: /. Use the ‘Make Local Copy’ or ‘Make Network Copy’ options. Don’t rename the RAW, EDIT or SORT directories. Some programs may crash if they can’t locate them. You can do it, as long as you make a new RAW, EDIT or SORT folder to replace the original. Don’t rename a project in Explorer. HYPACK won’t find it unless you also rename the Project’s *. INI file. I don’t know a good way to do this. 10/23/2021 2006 HYPACK® Training Seminar 18
