Hunter Drone SYNOPSIS Hunter Drone, an advanced drone equipped with thermal camera, is built to patrol secured environments and to alert of any intruders. Hunting down any intruder entering a restricted premises/compound. Alert operator/security of potential security threats or intruder via an alarm system, which can be verified again if it’s a false alarm. Help’s security patrol personnel at inaccessible areas (forested area, railway track, rooftop, etc) so that more area can be covered and reduces the parameters of blind spots. CONCEIVE By designing a new aerial security system technology which can decrease manpower and at the same time, improving the security. Must have the ability to display the live-feed into the computer, also to alert security personnel of any potential security threat. DESIGN Hardware: DJI Phantom 4 Drone/ Thermal Camera (Mod 1234) Software : Microsoft Visual Studio, C++ IMPLEMENT Test flight and video recording, connecting up the video output to the I-Vision software and testing out the detection by changing the parameters and the program coding. CONCEIVE User’s Needs. ● To come out with an aerial security system which is user friendly and must be able to display the live-video feed, also to alert security personnel of any potential security threat and also to reduce manpower for security and increase area of coverage over restricted area via aerial surveillance. Features that will achieve the functional goals of the project. ● Real-time tracking. ● Visual display of patrol location. ● Drone feedback precise location when chasing or spotted intruder (up to +/3 m). ● 24/7 remote access. ● Process monitoring.

DESIGN Choice of hardware and/or software, including standards ● I-Vision, DJI PHANTOM 4, HHH 97 standard, Video Camera Recorder (VCR), HDMI converter, CD Burner, Video Player Systems Integration (How does the above work together? ) Testing Phase ● VCR records and the video file is burn into the CD using CD burner, Video player will then play and run the video file for the I-vision software to detect. Final Phase Drone feedbacks real-time image back to I-Vision with the use of HDMI converter to convert HDMI signal to RCA signal There are 2 types of scenario, 1. Intruder Detected on I-Vision -> DJI will track and follow intruder. 2. Intruder Detected on I-Vision -> Alarm send to alert Security Personnel.
