Drafting Input for HRP • Based on the latest information (Situation Analysis and FULL Scenario Update) work in groups to draft the part of the Nutrition Cluster Response Plan of the HRP, including priority needs, scope/boundaries, identify People in Need, response priorities. • Ensure that two cross-cutting issues are also addressed: Early Recovery and Gender, as well as AAP • If needed you have at your disposal examples of HRPs in the room. Note: Please adhere to your roles allocated on Day 1; concentrate merely on the contents for the HRP.
Drafting Input for HRP • Draft Nutrition Cluster Objectives (max 4); • How are they related with SO of the HRP; • Select one objective and propose an outcome indicator(s) and up to 4 activities; – Identify people in need; – Scope and boundaries; – Whom would you work with? (clusters, partners, etc) • Select at least one activity and propose an M&E framework: – Identify indicators; – Identify how you will be measuring them;
Drafting Input for HRP Strategic Objectives: - 3 -5 identified by the HC - Outcome indicators Cluster objectives: - 3 -4 results-oriented objectives of your cluster which contribute to at least one SO. - Up to three specific outcome indicators for each. - Establish targets, categories of people to be reached, and indicate baselines. Cluster activities: - Correspond to the analysis of needs and concerns of the affected people. - Specify actions, beneficiaries, locations and targets - Sit under a cluster objective - Use output indicators - Establish targets
