Respiratory System n n Definition- The lungs and a series of passageways leading into and out of them Function- Supplies oxygen, eliminates dioxide, and helps regulates the acidbase balance of the body

Endocrine System n n Definition- All glands that produces hormones Function- Regulates body activates through hormones transported by the cardiovascular system

Skeletal System n Definition- All the bones of the body, their associated cartilages, and joints of the body n Function- Supports and protects the body, gives leverage, produces blood cells, and stores minerals

Nervous System n n Definition- Brain, spinal cord, nerves, and sense organs, such as the eye and ear Function-Regulates body activities through nerve impulses
