After training, the system was fully implemented in all HANDS district offices/ community development centers for training database management system. Following information was made available on TMS: • Addresses of all HANDS district offices and community development centers • Monthly training planners for the year 2010, 2011 and 2012 • Details of 55 HANDS master trainers in various sectors • Record of 5600 training participants in various training programs • Record of 530 trainings conducted under HANDS HID program

Human & Institutional Development Program HANDS Institute of Community Development Program HANDS ICD did the capacity building of nearly 44925 persons in four areas including community training, professional development, institution development and consultancy services in last 2 years. HID provided these services through 28 Institutes of Community Development including 01 national, 03 provincial and 24 at district levels.

Human & Institutional Development Program Leadership for Future Generation Duration 2 days, 70 young participants were trained in 3 trainings. Over all 5 training were conducted with 110 participants in previous years. 10 master trainers were also trained for young leadership trainings during last year. Professional Leadership Development Duration 3 days, 30 participants were trained in 3 trainings. Over all 06 training were conducted with 240 participants.

Human & Institutional Development Program Financial Management Training Duration 3 days, 7878 participants were trained in 270 training under National Financial Literacy Program in 6 districts of Sindh. Training on sales Tax Duration 1 day, 01 training was conducted for an organization’s professional staff on sales tax.

Training on Facilitation Skills Duration 4 days, 40 master trainers were trained in 02 To. Ts on facilitation skills. Human & Institutional Development Program Withholding of Tax - Under The Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 During the year 2011 -2012, 12 participants were trained in 01 training on withholding tax - under income tax ordinance 2001. Project Management Duration 4 days, 01 training was conducted last year on project management for 15 participants. Training of Trainers on Community Capacity Building Package Duration 4 days, 2 trainings were conducted and 24 participants were trained as master trainers for community capacity building package trainings.

Overall 45 groups were trained in interactive theatre in previous years.
