That will help you to discover your values, which are connected with dignity and to compare them with the main documents that define dignity

It is important to understand: Right to Dignity arises not from conventions, treaties or declarations, it is a natural (given from birth), but law, countries respect and protect it. This is what we, human beings, should to – to value and defend this right by respecting ourselves and others. Human Dignity depends on two things: what we think of ourselves and how others treat us.
