FAQ Take Care !!!! (so that your claim is not rejected) • There is a 2 month waiting period from your date of leaving • Please note your Aadhaar should be verified in the UAN portal otherwise your claim will be rejected • In case your Aadhaar is not verified log in to your UAN portal and verify it • In case verification fails please note the reason could be name mismatch - your name in Aadhaar and UAN should be exactly the same. • If it is not then log in to your UAN portal and modify it (Screen shot in next slide) • After name correction, upload your Aadhaar and let us know so that we will approve • Once your PAN, Aadhaar and bank details are updated in your UAN portal and Aadhaar is verified you can opt to withdraw PF online
MODIFY BASIC DETAILS STEP 1 : Log in to your UAN portal : https: //unifiedportal-mem. epfindia. gov. in/memberinterface/ STEP 2 : Click on “MODIFY BASIC DETAILS” from “Manage” Tab and proceed for name correction.

Step 2 : Click on CLAIM from “ONLINE SERVICES” OPTION
Step 3 : Please check if your KYC details updated properly. The bank account details which you have updated in KYC you will get the amount there.
Step 4 : Please choose the option. Please note employee can apply for withdrawal only after 2 months of waiting period from LWD.
Step 5 : Please click on Get Aadhaar OTP. Please note if your aadhaar is linked with the Phone number then only you will be able to get the OTP otherwise you have to visit nearest Aadhaar centre to link it. Please share the PDF after initiation.
