Online Rollover and Start of Year If you Rollover prior to July 1 • Applications submitted prior the Rollover will be processed as usual and be subject to Grace status upon Rollover. • Access to the parent portal is turned off until July 1 when the rollover is completed. If you Rollover after June 30 th • Applications submitted through June 30 th will be processed using last year’s Income Guidelines and rolled to Temporary Status upon Rollover*. • Access to the parent portal is turned off on July 1 and becomes available after your Rollover. * To prevent submission of applications through June 30, disable the link to HST Online on your district website. Where possible, it’s best to rollover HST in late June or early July, reduce the ‘down-time’ of the parent portal.

Online Rollover and Start of Year Following your June rollover or on July 1 st if you haven’t rolled over yet, parents will see the following message in the Online parent portal. Applications for the upcoming school year can not be submitted yet.
