STRATEGY # 1: INTERNAL FOCUS SUPPORT/DEVELOP A Framework for decisionmaking, COUNCIL operational support, & corporate PARTNER and sponsorships • Develop procedural guidelines for key decisions • Specific expectations for district and functional directors • Review job descriptions and expand/revise as necessary • Develop rubric for district and functional director goals-setting and reporting • Explore Executive Committee authority in by-laws • Conduct feasibility study for outsourced operational support 24
