Women's Studies Advisory Council (WOSAC) WOSAC is a member-based community organization that promotes and supports activities of Women's Studies Department. Membership is ~200 women from the Tucson community: from all walks of life. They raise funds. In 2008 -2009 WOSAC distributed over $35, 000 in direct aid to the department.
