Process Evaluation Purpose & Goals Ì Make sure that the HPPC is working efficiently and effectively. Ì Assist the HPPC in supporting what is working well and address any issues that might arise by identifying and tracking key process elements at the Full Council, Steering, and Co-Chair meetings. Ì Work closely with HPS staff to ensure that data collection and reporting are timely, efficient, and tailored to the needs of the HPPC. 2
