HOW TO WRITE AN EVALUATION VCAT is better at resolving disputes than courts. To what extent do you agree with this statement? Justify your response

1. ) write a brief introductory statement indicating what your stance is on the question • Do you think VCAT is better at resolving disputes than courts? Or are courts better? (note – the examiner is looking for you to say courts as they can resolve all types of disputes, not just minor civil disputes. )

Remember – it is really important to use all your knowledge and examples in an evaluation. You must discuss your points in detail and elaborate upon them. The best way to do this is to use case examples. This shows the examiner that you have understood and can apply relevant information to your answer to justify your response
