STRATEGY PROPOSAL – 4 KEY ELEMENTS • Develop an Improvement methodology (Journey) • Launch a 3 -step education pathway (Understanding, Delivery and Leading) for all staff to gain knowledge. • Form, train and support co-horts of 50 Improvement Coaches each year, to become focal points for supporting improvement activity in each organisation. • We will continue to deliver engagement and learning events under the academy ‘umbrella’ to support the education pathway.
