How to Take Online Student Surveys

Today: • We would like to learn more about you! These surveys will help your teachers and schools provide you with the best education possible.

Today: ● Your responses are completely anonymous and are not a grade, so please answer all of the questions honestly. ● Your voice is important, so thank you for sharing about your thoughts and experiences inside and outside of school. ● To access your surveys…

Step 1: • Go to the following website (type it exactly as it appears): surveys. panoramaed. com/everett

Step 2: • Enter your school’s access code.

Step 3: • You will need to take a survey today about you. Click on the “Start Surveys” button to begin. Make sure your school name appears!

Step 4: • Choose an answer for each question. If you cannot answer a question, please leave it blank. • Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page once you are done. • Please make sure you are completely finished before hitting “Submit. ” You will not be able to change your selections once your have submitted your answers.

Step 5: • When you have finished taking the survey, you will see this screen indicating you are all done! Congratulations, you are done!
