How to SOLVE Your Conflicts The SOLVE™ method is a dialogic approach for you to work through issues and develop lasting solutions. This process offers techniques for expanding interpersonal communications by taking into account a broader sense of the dynamics of interactions among people. Each segment in this process has a desired outcome and purpose. In some cases, if you cannot reach the desired outcome, returning to the previous step may be the solution for getting on the right track. It is not a static process. The SOLVEtm process works because it helps create environments for clarifying information and identifying issues. It focuses on taking what has happened in the past dealing with in the present and preparing for a successful future.
