HOW TO DO LAST TIME PREPARATION • GROUP DISCUSSION • LAST THREE YEAR PAPER SOLVING • DIVIDE ANY TOPIC INTO SUBTOPICS/MICROTOPICS. • READ EASY PORTION FIRST THEN DIFFICULT ONES. • MEMORIZE KEY WORDS OF ANY TOPIC. • MAKE YOUR OWN “ATTRACTIVE” NOTES • DON’T MUG UP TOPICS INSTEAD UNDERSTND THE CONCEPTS.

One unit –One question pattern v In this pattern you can keep any topic in option but you cannot keep any unit in option. v Your 70 marks paper has 5 main questions each of 14 marks. Q 1 a FOUR 1 marks questons: All are compulsary: 4 marks Q 1 b Two 2 marks : Answer any one of two : 2 marks Q 1 c Two 3 marks : Answer any one of two : 3 marks Q 1 d Two 5 marks : Answer any one of two: 5 marks v Don’t merge questions of different sections v Eg: first you wrote Q 1 a then you wrote Q 2 b then Q 3 a & so on. v Instead leave space if uou do not know / remember

HOW TO WRITE ANSWERS ACCORDING TO MARKS ALLOTED • 1 MARKS Q s: • Write complete sentence • DON’T WRITE BLUNDERS , WRITE TO THE POINT ANSWER. ANS SHOULD BE IN ONE SENTENCE OR ONE WORD ONLY. • 2 MARKS & 3 MKS QS: • WRITE POINT WISE NEATLY • USE , * , - , SYMBOLS FOR POINTS. DON’T USE NOS. • No. of points shud be double the amt of mks. • In wrting difference always make table • 5 mks : short notes • PRESENT YOUR ANSWERS WELL WRITE POINT WISE ONLY. • FILL AT LEAST 3 PAGES

HOW TO WRITE ANSWERS ACCORDING TO MARKS ALLOTED ü Don’t fill supplies , instead do smart work …present your answer well. ü Draw figure with black pen neatly and label if necessary. And always write the name of figure below it. ü In numericals maintain tidyness and show steps. (from next sem no numeriacls in BC) ü LEAVE TWO LINES BETWEEN TWO ANSWERS & WRITE THE ANS NO. IN MARGIN WITH BIG HANDWRITING. EG|: Q 1 A then their sub questions in margin as Ans 1, Ans 2 etc

Don’t underestimate the power of an examiner ü During paper checking all power is in the hand of paper checker/examiner. ü If he wishes he can check paper strictly, if he wishes he can check it liberally (moody). ü He can give gracing marks 23/70 or he can keep 22/70 if he wishes ü so present well your answers and keep your paper neat & clean. ü Most examiners check your paper within 1 -1. 5 mins. ü So if possible highlight key words by underlining it.
