How to Play
Basic Rules Points Rules Agree the order of play between the players and each player’s colour of beetle. The winner of the round scores 14 points. All other players score 1 point per body part. Players are also to agree on the number of rounds to be played (up to six). At the end of a round, click on ‘SCORES’ to go to the scoreboard. Each player clicks on their scoreboard to progress their scores – one click per point. The numbers from 1 – 6 will change colour to indicate which round has been completed. Each player then takes a turn to click on the segment of their choice inside the central circle to reveal a beetle part. Click on the small beetle at the bottom of the circle to reset it. Players must reveal the beetle’s body first. They then click on the body of their white beetle. Once they have their body, they can click on their beetle’s left or right wings and legs if revealed in the circle on their turn. Players must also reveal a head before they can click on the white eyes or antennae of their beetle. The first player to click on all the parts of their beetle will be the winner of that round. It will then be the next player’s turn to click first in the next round. Click on ‘CHECK’ to go back to count the parts again if necessary then click on ‘NEXT ROUND’ when the scoring for the round is complete. (You can also click on ‘How to Play’ during the game to check the rules again if necessary). At the end of the agreed last round, the winner is the player with the highest total points from all the rounds. (In the event of a tie, the first of the tied players to reveal a beetle’s eyes will be the winner). Play Click on the red ‘X’ in the bottom right corner to reset the scoreboard: X
