It doesn’t matter if you sit on a chair or in lotus type position • Meditation hand positions: Palms open, closed or whichever form you feel comfortable with. • Listen to meditation music or silence • Focus looking between your eyes with eyes closed. Focus the energy towards your forehead area. • Forget Everyday life stress and worries • Deep breath normal natural breathing • Listen to your breath to stay focus or Count 1 and 2. 1 breath out and 2 breath in to stay focus. • If your mind starts to wander off and day dream, bring your focus back to your breath, count, or music
