We should brush using a toothbrush with a small head and medium textured bristles and toothpaste containing fluoride. We should use a pea sized amount of fluoride tooth paste for brushing our teeth. . The fluoride content of our toothpaste should be between 1350 to 1500 ppm (parts per million) (Have a look at your toothpaste tube at home)
