How to form the Comparative and Superlative
The comparative compares one quantity or characteristic to another. “Juan is taller than Ana” and “She has more money than he” are examples of comparative sentences. The structure for comparative sentences in Spanish is: más/menos + (noun or adjective) + que + (person or noun) Es más alto que Ana. dinero que ella. He is taller than Ana. Tiene menos He has less money than she.
