This Cardiac Imaging Course is designed for Radiographers willing to learn on: 1) How to scan CMR examinations 2) Safely scanning Cardiac Implants 3) Cardiac Anatomy 4) Cardiac Disease – Acquired and Congenital 5) Interpret and analyse CMR images The course includes: • Comprehensive series of lectures • Hands on scanning • image analysis training in dedicated workstations • Print out of slides will be emailed after the course. Monday 2 nd November 09: 00 -17: 00 CRIC – Board Room A day of interesting lectures including 1) MR Safety and Cardiac Implants 2) Nuts and Bolts of CMR scanning 3) 3 T CMR scanning 4) Cardiac Anatomy 5) CMR Consultant/Fellow lead lectures: Tissue Characterisation, Acquired Disease, Stress perfusion (Adenosine/Dobutamine) , Congential, Vessel Imaging, Flow. The course is designed for: • MRI Radiographers No previous experience in CMR is required to attend the course.
