Today we will read and complete activities on Chapter 2 of Mathos. You can complete the reading and some of the 2 Dos online at Purple Mash or read them here. They are less blurry on Purple Mash. All of you who submitted work on Purple Mash have received credit points. Imagine that you have just taken a ride on a magical animal. Did it fly like Pegasus? Maybe it ran faster than a car on a motorway. What did you see on your travels? Were you nervous or full of excitement?

Fluent in Five and Rapid Reasoning on the following slides. Today each year group gets the chance to assess whether they are working at year group expectations by trying a diagnostic assessment. I have clipped them so they are on the slides but the original will be put in KS 2 Shared /Misc/Class 2 at Home/Weekly. Work/Week 7. At school we will do this as a test but if you at home want to work through each question with your home/school teacher (Mum/Dad/brother/sister etc). See which questions you can do easily. Which ones can you do with a little more thought and which ones do you need help to complete? Any gaps should be the area you focus on over the summer. Numbots/ Times. Table Rockstars/ Matheletics and Purple Mash all can provide revision support. Maths is Fun, Corbett Primary Maths, Top. Marks Maths Games, BBC schools maths and Math Antics might all be useful places to help you narrow your gaps. We will start in September with an assessment to check your ready to go.
