HOPWA Program Purpose To provide states and localities with the resources and incentives to devise long-term comprehensive strategies for meeting the housing and related supportive service needs of low-income persons with HIV/AIDS. 2005 HOPWA Grant Competition 4
HOPWA Client Outcomes HOPWA resources are used to assist low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families establish or maintain stable housing, reduce their risks of homelessness and improve their access to healthcare and other support. 2005 HOPWA Grant Competition 5
