Central and Cecil is a not for profit registered provider, that has offered housing care and support to vulnerable people for nearly 90 years which includes; • Frail older people requiring personal care or care with nursing • People living with dementia • Active older people living in sheltered and extra care housing • Men and women facing homelessness • People with mental health support needs • Started developing onsite in 2015 Glamorous Sheltered Housing Co-Designing Homes for Aspirational Ageing
