Participants will be able to identify gender identity theory, and how that can impact a student’s success in college. 2. Participants will be able to identify 1 -2 ways to implement changes in their own housing application process to serve multiple gender identities. 3. Participants will be able to identify opportunities within existing assignments programs to implement gender inclusive processes.
