Academic Pillar Strategy • Academic Officer involvement is key • Utilization of the AO and campus resources • Creating individual goals for each cadet, performing individual follow-ups • Creating productive studying environment during ESP • Academic counselings were priority for struggling cadets • Creation of hourly schedules for unsatisfactory performances 5
Military Assessment • Trained • Strengths – Strict Military environment – 6 th Overall in Parade – Regimental Commander’s Bowl – Parade practice was utilized effectively – Discipline is fair and consistent – Training of Fourth Class was effectively executed – NCOs had a strong presence • Weaknesses – Failure to follow through with consequences for seniors on platoon level 6

Military Pillar Strategy • Conducting strict accountability formations and additional military duties • Getting company officers involved with job specific tasks • Maintenance of high uniform standards and on-spot corrections • Utilization of parade practice to correct deficiencies • Allowing Cadet leadership to take charge • Weekly Staff meetings to discuss successes and failures of each week • Unified Staff file (Google Drive) 8
Character Assessment • Needs Improvement • Strengths – Company is well educated on Honor Code – Company is effective in taking action against Blue Book rule violations – All incidents are isolated events not company behavior • Weaknesses – Struggle to report violations hastily – Lack of administrative punishment to correct deviant behavior(Cons/Tours) – Need for platoon leadership to be more personally active with subordinates 9
