Georgia’s Directive 11 -EX-2 serves as a reminder that every certificate of insurance, except automobile liability insurance cards, is to include the following statement, or a substantially similar one, printed conspicuously and in no smaller than 10 point font, boldfaced type: “This document is issued as a matter of information only and confers no rights upon the document holder.
