HOPE (NADZIEJA) Foundation

HOPE Foundation l HOPE Foundation operates from 2003. It helps unemployed in creating their own business. l Foundation provides complex trainings ”ABC przedsiębiorczości” (basis of business), as well as individual advising related to creation and leading of the small enterprise. It also assists in gaining financial sources to ”let start”.

HOPE Foundation l Round 1500 unemployed and serching for a job participated in trainings related to professional activation, basis of business, marketing, business plan and accounting. l Most of them after graduating trainings established their own businesses. These persons were also provided with individual advising of business consultants.

HOPE Foundation l Foundation has its own consultancy point for unemployed planning to establish their business. Until now it helped over 1000 persons. l Advising is mainly related to business activity, way of finding clients, financial support availability or basis of accounting.

HOPE Foundation l Foundation also assists unemployed in completing motions for donations to start their own business activity. l It also helps existing companies helping them in completion of the motions for EU donations on their development.

Assistance model l Recruitment and analysis of professional predispositions to lead own business activity: – Professional advising before starting the project – Psychological studies (mainly self-aprraisal)

Assistance model l Soft skills trainings: – Complex professional activation program including creation of entrepreneutial attitudes, communication and self-presentation trainings – Creation of individual schedules

Assistance model l Business trainings: – Complex trainings program prepared on the basis of experiences (enterprise, accounting, marketing, sales techniques, business plan, legal basis) – Trainings held by business practicians

Assistance model l Advising on in gaining financial sources to ”let start”: – Choice of the optimum financial source – Assistance in preparation of the business concept and preparation of the motion for donation / loan

Assistance model l Individual advising within the first period of the business activity operating: – Depending on the needs and profile of activity: assistance in reaching clients, preparation of the offer, contracts with clients and contractors, accounting advising etc.

HOPE Foundation l During execution of trainings and advising for unemployed Foundation cooperates mainly with the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Labour Office of the capital city of Warsaw and Academic Incubators for Entrepreneurship. l Foundation executes projects cofinanced from European Social Fund. Trainings and advising are free of charge for the unemployed.

HOPE Foundation l Right now Foundation leads the training and advising project for women from Mazovia entitled ”New Qualifications, Job, Entrepreneurship for Unemployed Women”. l Within this project we provide trainings, advising and possibility of donation for establishing of business activity for over 800 women.
