COC Mission • The mission of the Honolulu COC is to reduce non-violent quality

COC Mission • The mission of the Honolulu COC is to reduce non-violent quality of life offenses committed in the City and County of Honolulu by holding offenders accountable and addressing their underlying needs to prevent reoffending.

Community Outreach Court Act 55 & Act 49 (SLH 2017) Provides for 2 year

Community Outreach Court Act 55 & Act 49 (SLH 2017) Provides for 2 year funding: • Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office: $165, 404 (DPA, Paralegal) • Public Defender’s Office: $154, 000 • State Judiciary: $126, 364 TOTAL FUNDING REQUEST FOR PROJECT: $445, 768
