�The Bank of the South or Banco. Sur is a monetary fund and lending organization established on September 26 th 2009 by Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela with an initial capital of US$20 billion.
�The intention of the bank is to lend money to nations in the Americas for the construction of social programs and infrastructure.
�The project has been endorsed by Nobel Prize winning, former World Bank economist Joseph Stiglitz, with him saying that “One of the advantages of having a Bank of the South is that it would reflect the perspectives of those in the south”.
�He is a recipient of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (2001) and the John Bates Clark Medal (1979). He is also the former Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank.

�USE 1 : An action that has just stopped or recently stopped �We use the present perfect continuous tense to talk about an action that started in the past and stopped recently. There is usually a result now.
Examples �I'm tired [now] because I've been running. �Why is the grass wet [now]? Has it been raining? �You don't understand [now] because you haven't been listening. �I have been reading all afternoon. I have just finished the book.
�USE 2 : An action continuing up to now �We use the present perfect continuous tense to talk about an action that started in the past and is continuing now. This is often used with for or since.
Examples �They have been talking for the last hour. �She has been working at that company for three years. �What have you been doing for the last 30 minutes? �James has been teaching at the university since June. �We have been waiting here for over two hours! �Why has Nancy not been taking her medicine for the last three days?
Conversation �Fapencio: Hi Trollencia, how long have you been waiting for me? �Trollencia: Don’t know, maybe 20 minutes. Has it been raining? �Fapencio: Yes, and I got wet while I was walking. �Trollencia: Oh! That’s sad, and why haven’t you been using your umbrella? �Fapencio: Because I don’t have one.

Form + I will have finished by 10 am. + You will have forgotten me by then. - She will not have gone to school. - We will not have left. ? Will you have arrived? ? Will they have received it?
�USE 1 : Completed Action Before Something in the Future �The Future Perfect expresses the idea that something will occur before another action in the future. It can also show that something will happen before a specific time in the future.
Examples �By next November, I will have received my promotion. �By the time he gets home, she is going to have cleaned the entire house. �I am not going to have finished this test by 3 o'clock. �Will she have learned enough Chinese to communicate before she moves to Beijing? �Sam is probably going to have completed the proposal by the time he leaves this afternoon. �By the time I finish this course, I will have taken tests. �How many countries are you going to have visited by the time you turn 50?
�USE 2 : Duration Before Something in the Future (Non-Continuous Verbs) �With Non-Continuous Verbs and some non-continuous uses of Mixed Verbs, we use the Future Perfect to show that something will continue up until another action in the future.
Examples �I will have been in London for six months by the time I leave. �By Monday, Susan is going to have had my book for a week.

Frikencio: Next month I will have been here for three years. Fapencia: Cool bro! Hey, I need you to receive a package for me. Frikencio: Ok. Fapencia: The package will be here next Monday. Frikencio: Oh! I can’t because I will have gone next Saturday to Las Vegas. Fapencia: Oh, Ok then nevermind. See you later. Frikencio: Bye bye.
