Holy Trinity Sunday The Trinity is the basic
Holy Trinity Sunday The Trinity is the basic reality of the Christian faith, revealed by God in person, Jesus Christ, through his life, death, and resurrection. Our Lady Queen of the World Parish
CREATING A SACRED SPACE IN YOUR HOME On a small table nearby, consider placing a family photo, flowers, a candle, or some item(s) of significance to your family Before beginning the Sunday Liturgy, you may want to light a candle, reminding us that Christ is the Light of the World which shines through our lives. Welcome your family members and designate a leader for the prayers and some of them to read the First and Second Readings, the Psalm and the Prayer of the Faithful. If you are on your own, call to mind those for whom you might be praying today. Enter into a moment of quiet, remembering that we are always in God’s loving presence.
Opening Song
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit AMEN

Gloria Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to people of good will. We praise you, we bless you, we adore you, we glorify you, we give you thanks for your great glory, Lord God, heavenly King, O God, almighty Father. Lord Jesus Christ, Only Begotten Son, Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, you take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us; you take away the sins of the world, receive our prayer; you are seated at the right hand of the Father, have mercy on us. For you alone are the Holy One, you alone are the Lord, you alone are the Most High, Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit, in the glory of God the Father. Amen.
God our Father, who by sending into the world the Word of truth and the Spirit of sanctification made known to the human race your wondrous mystery, grant us, we pray, that in professing the true faith, we may acknowledge the Trinity of eternal glory and adore your Unity, powerful in majesty. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you In the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
FIRST READING Exodus 34. 4 b-6, 8 -9 God reveals the divine life to Moses as one of mercy and compassion. Moses rose early in the morning and went up on Mount Sinai, as the Lord had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tablets of stone. The Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name, "The Lord. " The Lord passed before Moses, and proclaimed, "The Lord, the Lord, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. " And Moses quickly bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped. He said, "If now I have found favour in your sight, O Lord, I pray, let the Lord go with us. Although this is a stiff-necked people, pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance. The Word of the Lord R: Thanks be to God
RESPONSORIAL PSALM R: Glory and praise for ever! Blessed are you, O Lord, God of our fathers and blessed is your glorious and holy name. R: Glory and praise for ever! Blessed are you in the temple of your holy glory, and to be extolled and highly glorified forever R: Glory and praise for ever!.
Blessed are you on the throne of your kingdom, and to be extolled and highly exalted forever. R. Glory and praise for ever! Blessed are you who look into the depths from your throne on the cherubim. R. Glory and praise for ever! Blessed are you in the firmament of heaven, to be sung and glorified forever. R R. Glory and praise for ever!
SECOND READING 2 Cor 13: 11 -13 St. Paul ends his Second Letter to the Corinthians with a beautiful Trinitarian blessing. Brothers and sisters, put things in order, listen to my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. Greet one another with a holy kiss. All the saints greet you. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with all of you. The word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.
Alleluia, alleluia. Glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; to God who is, who was, and who is to come. Alleluia, alleluia.

HOMILY Eternal Life is living like God… loving like God. How can we do that? https: //www. youtube. co m/watch? v=b. YWBWu. H 5 y. M&t=3 s
The Apostles’ Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
Prayer Of The Faithful L. Today, as we celebrate the wonder of the Trinity in our lives, we make our prayers with confidence in the infinite generosity of our God. On this Trinity Sunday, we reflect on the mystery of God as we gather to worship the Father who creates, the Son who redeems, and the Holy Spirit who sanctifies. We pray for the grace to appreciate the wonderful gifts of the Trinity: three persons, one God, without end. We pray to the Lord: R. Lord hear our prayer In today’s gospel, we are reminded that God loves us so much that He gave his only Son to death on a cross so that we may have eternal life. We pray that we in turn will return that love and remain faithful to our Eternal Father. We pray to the Lord : R. Lord, hear our prayer
We pray for an end to racism, hate and violence in the world and that we see God’s creative design in all people, whether they differ from us in colour, race or religion. We pray to the Lord: R. Lord hear our prayer. For Fr. Jim who celebrates his 32 nd Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood this week, that God will continue to shower him with the graces and blessings of the Holy Spirit so that he may live out his vocation fully. We pray to the Lord: R. Lord hear our prayer. For the sick of our parish and for all who have passed away, Let us pray to the Lord. R. Lord hear our prayer. We pray for all those who are suffering from the Covid-19 flu, particularly those in our hospitals and in intensive care, and ask the Lord that we, our families and our community be brought safely through this dangerous epidemic. We pray to the Lord: R. Lord hear our prayer
Let us pray together… Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Sign of Peace If you are with your family, give one another a sign of peace, now. If you are alone, remember that we are all united together in one spirit of love and we offer you now a sign of Christ’s peace.
Spiritual Communion You may pray this Act of Spiritual Communion when you are not able to be physically present at Mass. My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace you as if you were already there and unite myself wholly to you. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.
Take a moment to reflect quietly on your communion with Christ and with one another
Let us Pray May our celebration, in communion with your Spirit, O Lord our God, bring us health of body and soul, as we confess your eternal holy Trinity and undivided Unity. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
