Practice Area • Practice meeting location for warmups and drills • Area BEHIND the softball fields • Sprint practices will generally be in the main practice area although we may occasionally hit the hill. • Jumps will generally be in the main practice area but may use the main gym some days. • Shot put will be in the main practice area in a place TBD. • Distance will use the main practice area and will have distance courses mapped out. Advanced distance group will have longer distance runs. The hill will also be used. 500 m Hill

BE COACHABLE!
