General Notes 1. After Meeting with the sole negative voter on Ballot 4867 we were not successful in having the negative vote moved to the affirmative 2. After meeting with the three negative voters on Ballot 5069 we were successful in having two of the three changing their votes to the affirmative. 3. Ballot 5069 was then recirculated for final comments and received a couple of comments from only one individual (mostly Editorial). The recirculation period is now closed 4. A meeting is being scheduled to address comments (date TBD) 5. The one voter that did not change his negative vote disagreed with us releasing the document without addressing the HT portion of the analysis. The task group’s position is too address Thermal gradients, thermal effects, and tension loadings at a later date under a future revision. 6. The Task group’s position is to push the document on to publishing after addressing the comments from the recirculation that just ended on June 24 th, 2020. We do think another recirculation is necessary. Schlumberger-Private
