Mental Wellness & Substance Abuse Issues Priority Description High - 1 Implementation and coordination of network model of service delivery with focus on Medicaid, unfunded residents. Timeline 12 Months + Ongoing Monitoring High – 2 In collaboration with the SCSO, Justice Court, HUB, and the Summit County Attorney, develop and implement new procedures to address mental health concerns within the jail and establish transition programs for those leaving the jail and/or Drug Court. 12 -18 Months Medium - 1 Review, update, and implementation of Summit County Mental Wellness Strategic Plan, Phase II. 6 Months + Ongoing Monitoring Medium - 2 Development and possible implementation of reginal stabilization/crisis team for behavioral health. 4 -10 Months Low In partnership with Katz-Amsterdam Foundation funding recipients, develop and implement a community assessment focused on the unique behavioral health issues facing resort communities. 6 Months
