AP/IB/DE Facts and Research ● FCPS pays for all AP/IB exams to reduce barriers for all students ● Honors courses are gateway courses to AP/IB courses in FCPS ● FCPS Students took a total of 37, 291 AP Exams and 8, 901 IB Exams in 2015 ● 69, 752 Students enrolled in Honors courses (Secondary) ● 15, 782 Students took AP exams, 3, 341 students took IB exams ● Of these students 5. 4% of all students tested were Black; 9. 1% Hispanic; 51. 4% White; 5% Other, and 21% Asian
