How will I know if I’ve been selected? During assembly time you will: • Present your speech! It cannot be more than one minute long! Make it as memorable as possible – Afterall, you want people to vote for you! Think of great things you would like to introduce! • Your year group will then have a vote and write an X in the box on a ballot paper ( which will have your name and others on it) and hand it in at the end of the assembly into a ballot box! The pupil with the highest amount of votes will be the winner! • The following week the elected student council members will be announced, receive a badge and have their photo taken for our website. • Any Questions?
