Hidden Wounds- Forgiveness does not forgo boundaries. Forgiveness does not mean that there are no consequences. Forgiveness is not a feeling. Forgiveness does not necessitate trust. Forgiveness is different to processing pain Forgiveness is not conditional.

Hidden Wounds- Forgiveness 10 Anyone you forgive, I also forgive. Forgiveness is a choice, a crisis of the will 2. Forgiveness is agreeing to live with the consequences of another person’s sin. 3. Forgiveness is for your sake, not the other person. 4. Forgiveness is being a minister of reconciliation. 5. Forgiveness of others displays mercy.

Hidden Wounds- Forgiveness Lord, I choose to forgive (name of person you to need to forgive), for (what the person or persons did to hurt you), even though it made me feel (share what painful feelings it caused you). Lord, I choose not hold any of these things against (name of person), any longer. I thank you Heavenly Father for setting me free from the bondage of my bitterness/unforgiveness toward (name of person). Heavenly Father I ask You to bless (name of person), in Jesus’s name I pray.
