Hi. Rad. Mat Experimental Updates • HRMT 45 successfully completed during dedicated HRM time in Week 34. Thanks to all involved in set-up, installation, beam time – big collaborative effort. • HRMT 43 (Be. Grid 2) & HRMT 46/48/49 (Multi-Tank) experimental set-up ongoing in BA 7 – motor tests, electronic checks, survey. • Ongoing situation: • • • Week 37: Install HRM BPKG & Diamond detector on Table A and survey the equipment. Week 37: Move/Install (if possible) Multi-Tank in TJ 7/TNC. Week 38: Install HRMT 43 during TS week due to radioactive samples installed in the experimental tank in BA 7 (sample installation & experimental installation in TNC to occur consecutively) – access guaranteed during this time. • Week 39: Multi-Tank beam-time. • Week 40: HRMT 43 beam-time. • Week 41: standby. Mat Activities during LS 2… Current Plan • TJ 7/TNC: Survey of the line, start of 2019. • Cabling, patch panel installation & additional network sockets: TNC/TT 61/HRM-CR (cabling correlation). • Renovation of TNC/TT 61/HRM-CR area. • Update of HRM layout. • Beam instrumentation: smaller experiment giraffe for experiment BTV. • Improvements/modifications of HRM surface lab in BA 7. • Update of Hi. Rad. Mat website/documentation. • Beyond LS 2: HRM dump & window upgrade. F. Harden
