HEUG Overview

Overview The Higher Education User Group (HEUG) is an international organization consisting of higher education institutions that use application software from Oracle. Goals Provide mechanism for sharing information and experiences among its members Provide a unified and effective voice to Oracle on all issues involving the use of Oracle application software in the higher education community Information from HEUG. HEUG Highlights Governed by a Board of Directors Over 34 countries across six continents Over 23, 000 users from over 900 campuses 16 Product Advisory Groups (PAG) Regional communities (e. g. Product Enhancement Tracker The Product Enhancement Tracker can be used by members to submit software enhancement requests. These requests can be ranked, voted on, reviewed, and tracked. These are used by PAGs in determining requests to Oracle.

Product Enhancement Tracker: Financial Aid Clicking on an Issue takes the user to an in-depth description of the enhancement request including the ability to vote and make comments. Can choose to subscribe to specific enhancement requests and receive updates.
