• Social Emotional Support team – Counseling and social skills support for students/families • Code of Student Conduct – Supporting SWDs: Category 4 • Additional Behavioral Supports (BLISS) • Coordinator of Behavior Support

• NWEA – 50% is consider a good score – 55. 6% of SWD met growth targets – 58. 3% of general ed. met targets • Focus on specialized reading instruction (Language Live at the secondary level) • Instructional coaches working with special education and general education teachers

• Closing the discipline gap – SWD were five times more likely to be suspended than general educ. Peers – Now, SWD are three times more likely – Still have work to do but moving in the right direction • Working on strengthening core instruction and effective collaboration (PD, coaching, modeling, feedback)

• Parent Resource Center has been rebranded: Family and Educator Resource Center • Increased collaboration (Child Savers, Communities in Schools, ) • Middle school SWD working with transition team on Henrico Christmas Mother project
