Treatment In general, symptoms will improve themselves � Purpura, joint swellings, stomach ache can come and go for 2 months � Cortisone � Chronic glomerulonephritis treated by high dose of cortisone or cytostatic drugs. �

Prognosis � Very good � 1 -6 weeks � 35 % recurrence � 1

Prognosis � Very good � 1 -6 weeks � 35 % recurrence � 1 -3 % chronic renal failure /glomerulonephritis 1 % transplantation, dialysis
