Troubleshooting – Common Issues • Incorrect Open. Stack username/password, auth URL, project. Check murano-init. log • Incorrect rabbitmq username/password or firewall blocks rabbitmq port (default 5672). Check muranoapi. log or murano-engine. log • DNS servers not configured for the subnet. This will cause VM not being able to pull packages from the Internet. • Time skew in docker host and Open. Stack hosts. This may show up as SSL error or 403 Proxy unacknowledged in /var/log/murano-agent. log on the VM. 24 © Copyright 2016 Dell Inc.
