Shift - Schedule Click ‘+’ to add new shift
Shift - Schedule Specify Name Select shift Type: Normal
Shift - Schedule Ø There are three types of shift: 1. Normal: Specify Shift details, Break details etc. 2. Field Break: This is a break shift used when people work for around x days in continuity and after that they get y days break Ø For instance, if employee works for 2 months without any break then he will get 20 days break in FB shift Ø So, for those 20 days system shows FB in attendance status 3. Rest Day: This shift type is used to give one week off after working of 10 -12 days
Shift - Schedule Enter shift start and end time
Shift - Schedule Enter Minimum working hours
Shift - Schedule Activate flag to complete minimum hours within shift
Shift - Schedule Ø Shift allowance is a report which shows count of an attendee of this shift Enable Shift Allowance to get shift allowance report
Shift - Schedule Break Details: specify Break timings
Shift - Schedule Ø User can configure two types of breaks 1. Static: Predefined start time and end time for break 2. Dynamic: only has predefined time duration (Break Deviation) Ø In case of break deviation, user can take break any time within shift
Shift - Schedule Allow Break Deviation to provide break at any time within shift hours
Shift - Schedule Break deduction is based on no. of punches
Shift - Schedule For 2 Punch: system will deduct only configured break
Shift - Schedule For >2 punch: select a option
Shift - Schedule Ø For >2 punches system provides 4 options Ø For instance, Configured Break time: 1 hour 1. Actual Break Duration: ü it will deduct actual taken time duration ü User takes 1 h 30 min ü System will deduct actual 1 h 30 min 2. Time Exceeding Break Duration: ü It will deduct only 30 min
Shift - Schedule 3. Configured Break If less, Else Actual Break Duration: ü If User takes 45 min so, it will deduct configured time (1 hour) ü Else actual taken break time 4. Custom Break Deduction: ü Configure different interval for break ü Deduct break according to the different customized interval
Shift - Schedule Ø Grace Time: Extra time 1. If Start Time is 09: 00 AM then Ø All Employees can't punch at same time then? ? ? Ø Provide flexible time to punch at shift In and Shit Out = Grace Time Ø For instance, Grace Time - 30 minutes
Shift - Schedule Configure extra time for Shift start/end time
Shift - Schedule Activate flag to add grace time within shift hours
Shift - Schedule User can add Grace time in Late- In time
Shift - Schedule Ø Any employee comes within Grace Time, system will mark him as present v If user enables Grace time in working hours flag then he doesn’t need to compensate time Ø For an Instance, assume for 30 min Grace period, user comes at 09: 25 … Ø So, user doesn’t need to compensate 25 min after completion of shift v If user disable this flag then he has to compensate 25 min after completion of shift time
Shift - Schedule Ø User can add Grace Time in Late-In period Ø Late-In period starts after Grace Time Ø So, if any user comes after grace time i. e. in Late-In time so, user has to compensate time Ø Total compensating time depends on Late-in policy Ø If we add grace time in Late-In time so there is no meaning of grace time Ø For instance, Grace Time-30 min and Late-In time=15 min Ø So if user comes at 9: 35 then system will mark as 35 min late-In else system will mark 5 min Late-In
