About Teams A team is a group of users who need access to the same accounts. Teams determine account ownership. For example, Lee Hogan belongs to the Midwest team and has access to all accounts owned by that team. However, Lee is not a member of the Northeast team and does not have access the Northeast team accounts. How you organize your teams is a business decision. Team Management A team can consist of users, teams, and departments. A team that is added to another team is referred to as a nested team. When you create a new team, you can select users to add to the team. Each team must have at least one team owner. You can add a user to a team individually or to all teams at once.
