STAYING ACTIVE AT HOME MAKE A SPACE AT HOME ● ● If you do not have a lot of space to dedicate to working out, find things you can do that require less movement (i. e. strength training, yoga, pilates) Try putting floor coasters under the legs of a table or couch so you can easily move it aside to give yourself some more room. MAKE THE TIME ● ● ● The best results come from combining planned periods of exercise with increased overall movement (i. e. walk to the farthest bathroom, stretch after responding to emails, pace while you’re on the phone) There are plenty of online videos and apps that offer free workouts If you find it difficult to work out on your own, include friends virtually through video conferencing apps BE CREATIVE ● Make it a priority to schedule miniworkouts during the day and evening WORK ACTIVITY INTO YOUR DAY ● FOLLOW ALONG WITH AN ONLINE WORKOUT Not everyone enjoys lifting weights or running.
